Developer Terms

Legal pages describe how the software is offered. They are not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review them before treating them as a binding contract.

These Developer Terms sit alongside the site Terms of Use. They apply when you call https://apogeemcp.digital/api/mcp, REST /api/v1, or build a product on Apogee (Apogee 2.0.0).

MCP usage rules. Protocol 2025-03-26, Streamable HTTP JSON-RPC POST. Authentication is currently none. Rate limit 180 requests per 60 seconds per client IP per process. Do not scrape beyond reasonable automated use. Do not instruct agents to collect seed phrases.

API/MCP limitations. Tool results can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Catalog aliases are not a promise of unique on-chain entities. get_swap_quote is indicative. prepare_pons_launch returns an unsigned transaction; you sign it. Apogee does not broadcast unless you sign.

Data usage. Third-party feeds (DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, DefiLlama, RHJ, RPC, Blockscout) remain under their licenses. MCP access does not grant permission to redistribute that data outside those licenses. See /data-usage.

Supported chains. Robinhood Chain only (EIP-155 4663, DexScreener/Gecko slug robinhood). No other chain is implemented.

Paid access. Official USD list prices are published at /developers/access. Pay by sending SOL or USDC on Solana to the published treasury, then submit the Solscan transaction URL. Access is recorded after that payment is verified. A 25% $ORBITX buy-and-burn is executed manually afterwards and is not part of your payment transaction. Do not pay any other address. This software does not issue API keys.

Wallet authentication. Connecting Phantom (Ethereum / EIP-1193) and signing a nonce proves wallet ownership for hub features. A typed address is not proof. Solana Phantom login is not a verified identity in this repository.

Risk. Market data is not investment advice. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities that may not be offered, sold, or delivered to persons in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Write pons lowercase and link https://www.ponsfamily.com/launchpad. Apogee indexes public factory logs; it does not operate pons, is not a partner, and does not endorse any launch. Graduation is not a quality signal. Apogee provides software, data and developer infrastructure. Blockchain and market data can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. AI-generated output may contain errors. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as financial, legal or investment advice.
